DTEK Grids’ strategic goal is to increase business value by partnership for developing DSO, contributing to the effective regulatory environment and effective investments:

We are considering partnership with Ukrainian and international companies to develop our DSO business in Ukraine. Our strategy also includes efficient investments in technical upgrades, innovation and the digitalisation of power grids. Programmes to modernise existing assets to extend Smart Grids will be crucial. The company will also focus on improving operational efficiency through refining the management model and reducing operating expenses per kilometer of the grid.
