Electricity restored to 10,500 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region – DTEK energy workers repair the grids after shelling

Yesterday, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews restored power to 5 settlements, hit by enemy attacks, thus restoring electricity to 10,500 families that were de-energized in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Dnipropetrovsk region continues to suffer from enemy shelling that regularly damages grids, leaving residents without electricity.  

On November 5, DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers managed to restore operation of grids for 10,467 families in 5 settlements of the region, whose homes were de-energized by shelling the day before. Emergency crews repair lines and equipment, damaged by the enemy, and are doing everything possible to restore power supply as soon as possible. The works are carried out immediately after obtaining permission for repairs from the AFU and SES. 

More than 5,000 families in the south of the region remain without electricity after yesterday’s enemy attacks. The specialists are working to energize them as soon as possible.
