No waiting in line: you can make an appointment at the Customer Service Centers of DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids online

DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids constantly improves its remote customer services, thus making it possible to solve almost any issue without leaving home. However, for those who prefer visiting Customer Service Centers (CSC) personally, an online appointment service has been resumed. It helps choose convenient time and date of visit to the specialist to solve the issue quickly.
No waiting in line: you can make an appointment at the Customer Service Centers of DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids online

The following online services of DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids help save your time when it is required to submit readings, conclude a connection agreement, order replacement/inspection of meters: Viber and Telegram chatbot, user account on the website, company’s Facebook page. However, if the customer wants to personally discuss the issue with the specialist, he can make an appointment online to visit the nearest Customer Service Center at a specific date and time. 26 centers are currently working in the Kyiv region. 

“We want to provide the customer with a wide selection of services that will help him solve his issue under any conditions and circumstances. Our task is to ensure that the process is always convenient and does not require additional efforts from the customer. Therefore, for those who want to talk to our specialists in the service centers, we provide an opportunity to make an appointment online. This saves customer’s time, as this way we can adjust number of visitors and prevent creation of queues,” – commented DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids CEO Vitalii Shaida. 

Making an appointment to the Customer Service Center (CSC) takes 5 simple steps: 

  • visit DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids website
  • find section “ Make an appointment at the Customer Service Center” on the main page; 
  • select suitable CSC and press “Make an appointment”; 
  • fill in a special form, selecting suitable time of visit and press “Send”; 
  • receive a confirmation to your personal email and visit company’s office at the selected day and time; 

The company reminds that customers do not have to go to the CSC, their issues can be solved by using self-services – chatbot or website.
