DTEK Dnipro Grids restored electricity to 22,000 families yesterday

On October 24, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists repaired grids damage, caused by enemy shelling, and restored power to residents of 16 settlements in the Dnipropetrovsk region, thus restoring electricity to homes of 22,000 families. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Dnipropetrovsk region continues to be subjected to enemy shelling and missile strikes that regularly damage grids, leaving residents of the region without electricity. DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews repair lines and equipment, damaged by the enemy, and are doing everything possible to restore electricity as soon as possible. The works are carried out immediately after obtaining permission for repairs from the AFU and SES. 

Despite all challenges, DTEK energy workers managed to restore operation of grids in 16 settlements of the region yesterday thus restoring power supply to homes of 22,333 families, whose homes were de-energized due to enemy shelling. Specialists of the energy company continue to work on restoration of electricity to nearly 300 more families.
