DTEK Dnipro Grids Launched New Format of Personal Account for Legal Customers

Convenience, new functionalities and an updated interface. DTEK Dnipro Grids has launched a new format of the Personal Account. This is an opportunity for legal customers to manage several private accounts from a single place, to promptly submit meter readings and reports on the electric energy consumed. And also to receive consultations and to order the required services online.
DTEK Dnipro Grids Launched New Format of Personal Account for Legal Customers

To take advantage of the updated personal account, it is necessary to open the corresponding section on the site of DTEK Dnipro Grids and to fill out a simple registration form for legal customers. An SMS with a confirmation code will be sent to the specified phone number, after which access to your electronic account will be granted.

With the updated Personal Account, customers can do the following in a convenient form:

  • receive information on all facilities;
  • note the meter readings for each facility;
  • view bills and tax invoices;
  • get familiar with the debt repayment schedules or irregularity reports – the “Documents” section, as well as with monthly and annual limits – the “Limits” tab.

There is a feedback form “Questions” in the online cabinet wherein the customer can ask a question, leave a suggestion or complaint, and also report an emergency. The “Subscriber’s Reference Book” contains all the needed instructions, the history of tariffs and indicators, and the legal framework. The “Settings” menu allows to easily and conveniently view the meters for each address and the data submitted to the company, as well as to change the account data.

DTEK cares about its customers and creates comfortable online services. We hope that your personal account will be simple and easy to use. And it will become a useful tool for our business customers,”said Elena Laboha, Head of the Customer Service Department of DTEK Dnipro Grids.

Nowadays, residents of Kamianske, as well as Verkhniodniprovsk, Tsarychanka, Petropavlivka, Petrykivka, Vasylkivka, Mezhova, Synelnykove, Pokrovske and Mahdalynivka districts can already take advantage of the updated Personal Account. Starting from autumn it will be available to residents of Dnipro and Kryvyi Rih.

A short video review on how to register your own Personal Account and about its capabilities is here. We also prepared replies to the questions most commonly asked by legal customers as related to the functioning of the Personal Account.
