On October 26, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists were able to eliminate a number of grids and equipment damages and restore electricity to one settlement. Access to electricity has been restored to almost 1,500 families. Energy workers are doing everything possible to restore electricity in the frontline region once it becomes possible.

Yesterday, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists managed to restore power to 1,478 homes in one settlement of the Donetsk region. 

Heavy fighting is ongoing in the Donetsk region. According to the head of the region Vadym Filashkin, the enemy shelled settlements of the region 9 times over the course of the day. 

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists continue repairs once the situation and the military allow and are working non-stop for 977 days in a row. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine
