DTEK Donetsk Grids restored electricity to 3,300 families over the course of two days

On October 9 and 10, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews, with the permission of the military, restored electricity to 11 settlements in the Donetsk region, thus restoring power to 3,300 families. Specialists of the energy company commence repairs immediately once the shelling subsides and the military provide permission for work performance.

Over the past two days, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists managed to perform a number of grids repairs, thus completely or partially restoring power to 11 settlements, de-energized by shelling. Electricity has been restored to homes of 3,342 families. 

The enemy continues to attack and destroy peaceful towns and villages in the Donetsk region. Shelling, missile, drone and air strikes are ongoing. 

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists continue repairs once the situation and the military permit and are working non-stop for 961 days in a row. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine
