On September 25, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews, with the permission of the military, were able to access a number of grids damages and repair it, thus restoring electricity to 5 settlements in the Donetsk region. Power supply has been restored to 2,871 families.

Hostilities in the Donetsk region continue. According to the National Police, almost 3,000 enemy strikes on both the frontline and the residential area were registered over the course of the day.

The shelling is ongoing and continues to destroy peaceful towns and villages, including the energy infrastructure. DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 946 days in a row and repair equipment and lines immediately once it becomes possible. Nearly 70 crews of the energy company are working daily on restorations in the region.
