DTEK Donetsk Grids continues repairs after shelling: electricity restored to 7,000 homes

Over the past two days, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists managed to completely or partially restore electricity to 40 settlements, de-energized due to constant shelling of the Donetsk region, thus restoring power to 7,000 homes of residents of the Donetsk region. Specialists of the energy company are doing everything possible to restore power in the frontline region once it becomes possible.

Heavy fighting is ongoing in the Donetsk region. On November 25 and 26, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists managed to restore power to residents of 40 settlements, despite the difficult security situation, thus restoring electricity to 7,051 homes of residents of the frontline Donetsk region. 

Artillery shelling, drone, missile and air strikes continue to destroy the peaceful region, including its power facilities. DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 1,008 days in a row and repair equipment and lines immediately once it becomes possible. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
