DTEK Donetsk Grids restored electricity to 11,500 homes

Yesterday, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews were able to access a number of sites of grids damages, repair it and restore electricity to 3 settlements, thus restoring power to homes of 11,500 families in the frontline Donetsk region. Specialists of the energy company make every effort to repair damage after shelling once it becomes possible.

On April 15, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists restored power to 3 settlements in the Donetsk region, de-energized due to shelling, thus restoring electricity to homes of 11,503 families. 

Heavy fighting is underway in the Donetsk region. Constant enemy shelling continues to destroy the energy system. Specialists of the energy company do not always have access to the work sites due to the security situation in the region. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 783 days in a row and repair equipment and lines once it becomes possible. Nearly 70 crews of the energy company are working daily on restorations in the region.
