DTEK Donetsk Grids restored electricity to 23 settlements, de-energized due to bad weather

Stormy wind created trouble in the Donetsk region: broken branches and fallen trees caused a number of outages in the region. Yesterday, energy workers managed to restore power to 23 settlements, de-energized due to bad weather, thus restoring electricity to 18,000 homes.

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists continue to work on electricity restorations for 3,900 families in 12 settlements. It should be noted that restoration activities are largely complicated by constant enemy attacks.

Restoration activities on the grids, affected by constant shelling, are also ongoing. Energy workers commence repairs immediately once it becomes possible and the military provide permission for work performance. In particular, last month alone, specialists of the energy company restored electricity to 219,000* homes, de-energized by constant enemy shelling of the Donetsk region.

Let us remind that in case of a power outage please inform DTEK Donetsk Grids.
