DTEK energy workers restored power supply after shelling to more than 6,700 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region

Yesterday, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews restored power supply in 4 settlements in the south of the region after yet another enemy attacks, thus restoring electricity to almost 6,700 homes, de-energized due to the shelling. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Over the course of the day, August 30, the enemy attacked the Dnipropetrovsk region with UAV and shelled the region with artillery. Rf’s attacks damaged grids facilities and de-energized more than 7,500 families in 4 settlements in the south of the region. 

DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers commenced repairs immediately after obtaining permission from the AFU and SES. Electricity has been restored to 6,728 de-energized homes over the course of the day. 

Another 800 homes remain without electricity. Specialists are working to energize them as soon as possible.
