DTEK energy workers in the Dnipropetrovsk region restored electricity after shelling to 2,500 families

Yesterday, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists managed to restore power 12 settlements of the region that were completely or partially de-energized due to the shelling, thus restoring electricity to homes of 2,500 families. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Dnipropetrovsk region continues to suffer from enemy attacks that regularly damage grids and leave residents without electricity. Emergency crews repair lines and equipment, damaged by the enemy, and are doing everything possible to restore power supply as soon as possible. The works are carried out immediately after obtaining permission for repairs from the AFU and SES. 

On September 21, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists managed to restore power to homes of 2,486 families in 12 shelled settlements. 

Nearly 50 homes currently remain without electricity. Energy workers are working to energize them as soon as possible.
