From October 21 to 27, energy workers of the DTEK Grids DSO managed to completely or partially restore power to 114 settlements, thus restoring electricity to homes of 118,000 families in Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions. Specialists of the DTEK Grids Distribution System Operators repair the grids, damaged by the enemy, immediately after obtaining permission from the AFU and SES.

Last week, the enemy continued its attacks and destructions of the energy infrastructure. Likewise, energy workers continued repairs. In particular, from October 21 to 27, our specialists managed to repair a number of grids damages and restore electricity to 100,000 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

Meanwhile, over the course of a week, energy workers managed to restore power to homes of 17,300 families in the Donetsk region, where the situation remains extremely difficult due to constant hostilities.

Our specialists continue to repair the grids once it becomes possible and the military provide permission for works performance.

“Despite all risks, energy workers continue to hold the energy front for 978 days now. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, we have already restored electricity to 15.1 mln* families in Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa and Donetsk regions, and in the city of Kyiv. Some settlements close to the area of hostilities had electricity restored to them on dozens of occasions,” – noted DTEK Grids.

DTEK Grids energy workers are doing everything possible to eliminate damage as soon as possible. They commence work immediately after obtaining permission and access to the site of damage from the AFU and SES.
