Submission of meter readings and schedules of power shutdowns – the most popular online services of the DTEK Dnipro Grids
In late May 2024, it became possible to review schedules of stabilization shutdowns in DTEK Dnipro Grids Viber and Telegram chatbots. The customers used this feature a total of 1.25 mln times over six months. Additionally, submission of readings via the chatbot increased by 67% in comparison to 2023.
At the same time, the number of “No electricity” section views on the website over the past year reached the record mark of 25 mln. Here, you can find schedules of shutdowns, check current shutdowns at your address, file or check power outage requests. Besides, the following online services are available on the company’s website:
- Ordering meter services: sealing, replacement in case of malfunction, etc.
- Connecting to the grids and concluding an electricity distribution agreement
- Ordering “Day-Night” meter
Over the course of the year, household and legal customers of the DTEK Dnipro Grids took advantage of an opportunity to conclude, amend and terminate distribution agreements remotely almost 37,000 times.
“Our customers’ biggest request is an opportunity to solve any issues in fast and convenient manner. For that, we posted schedules of shutdowns in the chatbots, added ordering of meter maintenance in the personal user account on the website, launched an “Agreement online for legal customers” service last year. This year, we will focus on expanding opportunities for business and launching new products,” – summed up company’s CEO Andrii Tereshchuk.
