The enemy does not stop attacking peaceful Ukrainian towns and villages with drones, missiles and in some specific districts with air bombs and artillery, thus damaging power facilities in particular. Since the beginning of 2024, DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids specialists restored operation of 27 power facilities, damaged due to missile strikes in the Kyiv region.

“During 8 months of 2024, we restored electricity to homes of more than 208,000 families in the Kyiv region. Despite constant enemy attempts to leave us without electricity, energy workers restore power supply again and again to ensure normal life of Ukrainians,” – noted Vitalii Shaida, CEO at DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids.

Energy workers of DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids are doing everything possible to eliminate damage as soon as possible. The emergency crews commence works immediately after obtaining permission and access to the site from the AFU and SES.
