The light of gratitude: DTEK Grids DSO launched a special program with the “Day-Night” Meter for the veterans
DTEK Grids DSO provide veterans with a discount for the comprehensive service “Day-Night” Meter, which includes the meter itself, its installation, configuration, parametrization and free replacement in case of failure. After installation of such a meter, the veteran and his family start saving thanks to the night electricity tariff, which is 50% lower than the regular one.
In order to save as much as possible, we recommend charging all your gadgets and heating water in the boiler during the period from 23:00 to 07:00, as well as setting appliances to the night operating mode (i.e., washing machine or dishwasher). This way, you can save up to 130 hryvnias over the month of meter operation**.
Who can use the special program?
- Veterans in accordance with the current legislation (participants in hostilities, persons with disabilities due to war, war veterans).
- Family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings, parents-in-law), who have supporting documents.

How to participate in a special program?
- Prepare a package of documents, confirming the status of the veteran or his relatives. All details about it are available in the specific section on the website of your DSO.
- Place an online request via the official page:
- We will check the documents and provide an invoice to pay for the comprehensive service “Day-Night” Meter with an already included discount.
- Within 3 bank days after the payment, you will receive a message about the date and time of the meter installation.
