Legal customers of DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids conclude over 82% of distribution agreements online

Since February 2024, our new service Agreement Online provided an opportunity to legal customers to remotely register documents for electricity distribution. Almost a thousand entrepreneurs have already taken advantage of this opportunity. The popularity of the service is rising every month – in October, over 82% of agreements with DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids were concluded online.

The service allows a business owner or representatives of budget and utility companies to manage contractual relations with DSO remotely, without visiting the Customer Service Center. Most often, customers use the opportunity to re-conclude an agreement online 42% of all applications. Conclusion of an agreement makes 37% of applications via the new service, while introduction of amendments to the agreements 7%.  

Our customers choose Agreement Online in the following situations: 

  • Conclusion of an agreement in the event of purchasing non-residential premises for business (stores, salons, offices, etc.); 
  • Conclusion of an agreement during construction and connection of the new real estate to the grid; 
  • Leaving from/closing of the current premise; 
  • Receipt of distribution point passport and hard copy of the agreement; 
  • Change in intended purpose of the property from residential to non-residential (for example, when a commercial activity is conducted in the apartment massage and manicure salon, notary’s office, etc.).
