DTEK Dnipro Grids restored electricity to 1,600 families over the course of 4 days

From November 22 to 25, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists were able to complete a number of repairs of grids and equipment, affected by shelling in the south of the Dnipropetrovsk region. Electricity has been restored to more than 1,600 homes. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Dnipropetrovsk region continues to suffer from enemy shelling that frequently damages grids and leaves residents of the region without electricity. DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews repair lines and equipment, damaged by the enemy, and are doing everything possible to restore electricity as soon as possible. The works are conducted immediately after obtaining a permit for repairs from SES and AFU. 

Over the course of 4 days, DTEK energy workers managed to restore operation of grids for 1,620 families in the south of the region, whose homes were de-energized due to hostilities.  

Power supply is now fully restored to the affected settlements.
