DTEK energy workers restored electricity after shelling to almost 1,700 homes in the Dnipropetrovsk region over the course of the day

On March 11, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews restored power to almost 1,700 families in two shelled districts of the region. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Dnipropetrovsk region suffers daily from enemy attacks that destroy energy infrastructure of towns and villages. Despite the threats, energy workers are doing everything possible to restore electricity to homes as soon as possible. They commence works immediately after obtaining permission from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service. 

Yesterday, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists restored power to 1,689 families, whose homes were de-energized due to enemy strikes. As of the morning, nearly 150 homes remain without electricity. Energy workers are working to energize them as soon as possible.
