DTEK Donetsk Grids restored electricity to 12,300 families over the course of two days

On June 17 and 18, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews, with the permission of the military, were able to access a number of grids damages and repair it, thus restoring power to 7 settlements in the frontline Donetsk region. Electricity has been restored to 12,300 families. Over the past two days, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists restored electricity to 7 settlements, de-energized due to constant shelling of the region, thus restoring power to homes of 12,381 families.

Shelling, missile and air strikes continue in the Donetsk region. According to the General Staff, the hottest situation remains on the Pokrovsk direction, where the number of enemy assaults reached almost 40 yesterday.

Constant shelling continues to damage the energy infrastructure. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine
