DTEK Donetsk Grids managed to restore electricity to almost 11,700 families in the frontline Donetsk region over the course of a week

From October 7 to 13, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists, with the permission of the military, managed to conduct a number of grids repairs, thus restoring electricity to homes of residents of 35 settlements. Access to power supply has been restored for almost 11,700 families. Energy workers make every effort to restore power supply once it becomes possible and the military provide permission for works performance.

Despite constant shelling of the region, energy workers are working to restore power supply of the region. Last week, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews managed to completely or partially restore electricity to 35 settlements, thus restoring electricity to homes of 11,695 families in the frontline Donetsk region.  

Yesterday alone, energy workers were able to repair a number of damages and restore electricity to almost a thousand families of residents of the Donetsk region. 

Nearly 70 crews of DTEK Donetsk Grids are working on restorations daily. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 964 days in a row and repair equipment and lines immediately once it becomes possible. Since February 24, 2022, specialists of the energy company restored power to a total of 8.9 mln families* in the Donetsk region.
