Over the course of a week, DTEK energy workers restored power to more than 36,000 homes in the Dnipropetrovsk region, de-energized due to shelling

From April 15 to 21, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews restored electricity to more than 36,000 families in 17 settlements of the Dnipropetrovsk region, whose homes were left without power supply due to shelling. Energy workers repair lines and electrical equipment, destroyed by the enemy, immediately after obtaining permission from the AFU and the SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Dnipropetrovsk region continues to suffer from russian assaults that destroy electrical infrastructure of towns and villages, among other things. The most difficult situation is in the south of the region, which is close to the area of hostilities. DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews are doing everything possible to eliminate damage as soon as possible. The works are commenced immediately after obtaining permission and access to the site of damage from the AFU and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. 

On April 15-21, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists restored power to 36,322 families of the Dnipropetrovsk region that were de-energized due to enemy attacks. Electricity has been restored to 17 shelled settlements of the region. 

Power supply in the affected districts is now fully restored.
