DTEK energy workers restored power supply after shelling to more than 110,000 homes in the Dnipropetrovsk region over the course of the week

Dnipropetrovsk region continues to suffer from russian strikes that damage electrical infrastructure of towns and villages, among other things. The most difficult situation is in the south and east of the region near the temporary occupied territories and area of hostilities. Last week, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists restored electricity to 110,610 families in 151 settlements of the region that were de-energized due to the shelling.
“Our main task is to provide power supply to the residents of the Dnipropetrovsk region despite shelling and threat. Once the security situation allows, our repair crews commence restoration activities, upon approval by the military and the emergency service. We are doing everything possible to restore electricity to people’s homes after each enemy attack as soon as possible,” – noted DTEK Dnipro Grids CEO Andrii Tereshchuk.
