DTEK Donetsk Grids managed to restore electricity to more than 4,000 homes over the course of three days

From October 28 to 30, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists were able to access a number of grids damages and repaired it, thus restoring electricity to homes of more than 4,000 families. Energy workers are doing everything possible to restore power in the frontline region once it becomes possible.

Over the past three days, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists continued to repair the grids, damaged by shelling, despite all security challenges. Over this period of time, they restored electricity to homes of 4,227 families. 

Heavy fighting is ongoing in the Donetsk region. According to the head of the region Vadym Filashkin, the enemy shelled settlements of the region 25 times over the course of the day. 

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists continue repairs once the situation and the military allow and are working non-stop for 981 days in a row. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine
