Thermal power generation04 January 2025
On January 3, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists were able to repair grids damages after enemy shelling and restored power to homes of 3,400 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Recent enemy attacks once again caused de-energization in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Despite all challenges, yesterday DTEK energy workers managed to restore operation of grids for 3,408 families of local residents, whose homes were de-energized due to enemy shelling. Energy workers continue to work on restoration of power supply to 60 more families.

The enemy continues to attack Dnipropetrovsk region, subjecting the region to shelling, missile and drone strikes. The south of the region close to the area of hostilities suffers the most. DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews repair lines and equipment, damaged by the enemy, and are doing everything possible to restore electricity as soon as possible. The works are carried out immediately after obtaining permission for repairs from the AFU and SES.
