DTEK Donetsk Grids restored electricity to 3,500 families yesterday

Yesterday, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists continued to repair the grids after shelling and were able to completely or partially restore electricity to 14 settlements, thus restoring power to 3,499 families. 

The situation in the Donetsk region remains difficult. According to the National Police, the enemy launched over 2,600 strikes along the frontline and on the residential sector of the Donetsk region yesterday.  

Shelling continues to destroy grids and equipment. DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 882 days in a row and repair equipment and lines once it becomes possible. Nearly 70 crews of the energy company are working daily on restorations in the region. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
