DTEK Donetsk Grids managed to restore electricity to 4,300 homes in the Donetsk region yesterday

Despite constant danger, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews were able to conduct a number of grids repairs after shelling and restore electricity to homes of 4,300 families of residents of the Donetsk region. Specialists of the energy company are doing everything possible to restore power supply in the region once it becomes possible and the military provide permission for work performance.

Yesterday, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists continued to work on grids and equipment repairs after shelling. Over the course of the day, they managed to restore electricity to 4,293 homes of local residents.

Shelling of the Donetsk region is ongoing and continues to destroy grids and equipment. According to the head of the region Vadym Filashkin, the enemy shelled settlements of the Donetsk region 25 times yesterday. Nevertheless, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists continue to work non-stop for 1,093 days now and repair equipment and lines immediately once it becomes possible. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
