“Despite the war, DTEK Dnipro Grids continues to develop sophisticated online services and created convenient and easy-accessible remote channels. Since the beginning of the year, customers of the company have used Viber and Telegram chatbot 177,000 times to submit readings, inform about power outage or order meter maintenance. This is almost three times more than during the similar period last year. We urge all customers to use chatbot more actively. As it is really easy and convenient,” – informed the company.

- pass verification procedure (for unregistered customers);
- select the required service in the menu and order it;
Customer Service Centers (CSC) of the company are designed for solving issues that require personal visit. Over the past 8 months, over 60,000 customers have contacted CSC specialists. All service centers are equipped with bomb shelters.
There is also a sophisticated customer service in Facebook. Over 100,000 residents of the region have used it since the beginning of the year. Once can use a communication channel in Facebook to get the same consultation as at the contact center or during the visit to the CSC.
