Consequences of shelling: DTEK Dnipro Grids restored power supply to 7,800 families over the course of the day

Yesterday, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews restored power to 7,800 homes in the Dnipropetrovsk region that were de-energized due to recent russian strikes. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

The enemy continues to terrorize Dnipropetrovsk region with shelling, causing new power outages in towns and villages of the region. Despite the threats, energy workers continue to repair lines and equipment, damaged by the enemy, and are doing everything possible to restore electricity to homes as soon as possible. They commence works immediately after obtaining permission from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service. 

On April 3, energy workers of DTEK Dnipro Grids restored electricity to 7,862 families in 4 districts of the region that were attacked by the enemy. 

Over 4,000 homes in the Dnipropetrovsk region currently remain without electricity. Energy workers are working to energize them as soon as possible.
