DTEK Dnipro Grids offers 5 simple remote services for reporting electricity meter readings

DTEK Dnipro Grids reminds its customers about the need to submit their electricity meter readings from the 1st until the 4th day of each month. For this, the customer can enjoy the comfort of remote services. All of them are available 24/7.

Although Dnitpropetrovsk Region has entered phase two of easing quarantine restrictions, customer service centres have not been reopened yet. DTEK being a responsible and reliable company that cares about the health of its customers and employees, has provided the consumers with an opportunity of submitting their meter readings fast and easy. The customers can do this without leaving their homes by using remote services.

There are five simple ways for reporting meter readings:

  1. A customer’s Personal Account.
  2. E-mail dnoe-callcenter@dtek.com.
  3. An official page in Facebook.
  4. Call-centre: +38 (056/066/067) 790-99-00 and Viber-chats (066/067) 790-99-00.
  5. Meter readings can also be submitted by calling an automated telephone line and without having to wait for connection with an operator. The customer has to call a call centre, press 5’ button in the IVR menu and then choose elect 1’ point for ‘an automated reporting of meter readings’. Once connected, the customer has to choose their address using voice hints and enter the relevant electricity meter readings.

It is important to report meter readings by the 4th day of each month. This information will be used to bill the customers for electricity. If the customers fail to submit meters readings, their electricity bills are calculated based on average monthly electricity consumption.
