“At this crucial time for the country, DTEK Grids has directed all resources to restore grids that suffered from hostilities. In addition to repair of the destroyed electrical infrastructure, the company will continue to upgrade DSO grids and make them “smart” with the help of automation and digitalization programs. Customer focus also remains a key area of business development. The company will continue to build partnership relations with customers, develop digital channels of communication (websites and chatbots) and work to be the benchmark for customer service in Ukraine,” – commented Oleksandr Fomenko, CEO of the DTEK Grids.

Oleksandr Fomenko has been employed in DTEK since 2000. At different times, he has been in charge of Energougol ENE, Dniprooblenergo (currently DTEK Dnipro Grids) and Kyivenergo (currently DTEK Kyiv Grids). In June 2019, he has been appointed the Head of DTEK Odessa Grids.
