Enemy shelling de-energized 7 settlements in the Dnipropetrovsk region

In the morning of September 6, russian attack left Nikopol, Marhanets and part of Nikopol district without electricity. DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists are doing everything possible to provide towns and villages with electricity as soon as possible.

Dnipropetrovsk region continues to be hit by enemy attacks that regularly damage grids and leave residents of the region without electricity. In the morning of September 6, yet another shelling has de-energized the cities of Nikopol and Marhanets, as well as a part of Nikopol district – 7 settlements overall. 

Energy workers are doing everything possible to restore electricity as soon as possible. We put our primary efforts to restore electricity to the critical infrastructure. Once the security situation allows, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews will commence full restoration of power supply in the affected districts.  

Yesterday, DTEK specialists managed to restore power supply to 5,252 families in the region, whose homes were de-energized due to shelling the day before.
