DTEK Donetsk Grids restored electricity to 4,700 families yesterday

Yesterday, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists, with the permission of the military, managed to restore electricity to 12 settlements, affected by constant shelling of the Donetsk region, thus restoring electricity to 4,700 families. Specialists of the energy company are doing everything possible to restore electricity in the frontline region once it becomes possible.

On September 4, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews completely or partially restored power to 12 settlements, de-energized by shelling, thus restoring electricity to 4,710 families in the Donetsk region. 

The situation in the Donetsk region remains very difficult. According to the head of the region Vadym Filashkin, the enemy shelled settlements of the Donetsk region 13 times yesterday. 

Constant shelling continues to destroy grids and equipment. Meanwhile, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists continue repairs once the situation and the military allow and are working non-stop for 925 days in a row. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
