“DTEK strives to become the benchmark for customer focus and implements high-level service standards. Considering the wishes of people in the region, we changed the open hours of two CSCs. The trial period was in Obukhov, and the pilot proved its value. We have received positive feedback from customers. Therefore, now the centers in Obukhov and Vishnevoe are working according to the new schedule,” says Yanina Vovk, acting Head of Customer Service Department, DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids.
Customers can settle issues that require personal consultation at the following address: 32, Chumatsky shlyakh, Obukhov. Working hours: Monday - Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM (without a break); Saturday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM (lunch break from 12:00 to 12:45).
CSC address in Vishnevoe is 2B, Kyivskaya st., open hours are Monday - Sunday from 8:00AM to 8:00PM (without a break).
For the convenience of customers and to avoid lines or crowds of visitors, all customer service centers are open by appointment.
