A chatbot and other convenient self-service services are available for residents of the region so that they could submit a meter reading quickly and easily. You can use your computer, smartphone with Internet access, or call the company.

The data on the kilowatt·hours consumed in a month should be submitted to the distribution system operator, which is DTEK Dnipro Grids in Dnipropetrovsk Region. The company is responsible for delivering electricity to buildings, maintaining the regional electrical networks, and metering the electricity consumed.

It is better to report your readings on the last day of each month (but no later than the 3rd day of the month). If the readings are submitted in time, the company can generate accurate consumption volumes for a calendar month, and thus the supplier can issue accurate electricity bills.
