The beginning of the month is the time when we report our meter readings. For the customer convenience, the company has a chatbot, website, online account, and other remote services. Thanks to them, it is easy and fast to submit meter readings.
For the customer convenience: DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids’ customers can report meter readings remotely

According to the legislation, each customer of the Distribution System Operator needs to take the meter readings on the last day every month and report them within three days. Thus, the company can form accurate consumption volumes for the calendar month, so that the universal service provider can generate bills for the consumed electricity.

“DTEK strives to become the benchmark for customer focus and implements high-level service standards. For the convenience of people, we have created simple tools for submitting meter readings, which can be used through the website, instant messengers, and a smartphone. When the readings are submitted timely, then the company generates accurate bills. If the customer fails to do this for some reason, then the bill will indicate the amount based on the estimated, not actual consumption,” says Vitaliy Shaida, Director General at DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids.

There are five tools to report the meter readings:

  • Merezhi Online mobile application (available in the AppStore and Google Play Market);
  • Web form on the site, no additional registration required. In this section, you should select a district, indicate the number of your customer account, the type of your meter and day/night readings;
  • Online account on the DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids website;
  • Viber или Telegram You can find them by the name "DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids";
  • Voice menu to report readings automatically. Call by phones at (044) 4590740, (067) 4957040, (093) 495-70-40 or (099) 495-70-40 and press 2. Then follow the voice prompts;
