DTEK Donetsk Grids develops a modern customer service that is simple and available to all people of the region. Now customers can get most of the services through online and remote service, such as Viber и Telegram chatbots, the company’s website, and an official Facebook page. At the same time there are issues that require an in-person visit to Customer Service Centers. For such purposes, the company has established another remote service – customers can pre-register their visit online for any date and time that is convenient for them.

Using the online services, our customers can report their meter readings, check if their address is in the list of emergency or routine outages, request meter-related works, ask any question related to the distribution services, etc. The company urges the customers to make the most of the DTEK Donetsk Grids remote services.

“DTEK strives to become the benchmark for customer focus. We do our best to improve our service, become closer to customers and facilitate their communication with the company. That is why we are introducing more and more services that resolve issues related to the Distribution System Operator remotely,” says Yelena Senko, Head of Customer Care Department at DTEK Donetsk Grids.

However, there are still some issues that could be resolved only personally in the DTEK Donetsk Grids Customer Service Center. Customers can pre-register for a visit on the company’s website and choose date and time convenient for them.

You need to take a few simple steps to pre-register your visit online:

  • Go to the DTEK Donetsk Grids website to the Service Centers section;
  • Choose a convenient CSC and click "Pre-register a visit";
  • Fill out a special form, mention your full name, mobile phone number and e-mail;
  • Choose the type of service, date and time convenient to visit the center;

An administrator will meet a customer in the center at the appointed time and help to choose their issue subject in the queue management system. Then you will be invited to see one of our specialists per your ticket number.

See our short video tutorial on how to book your visit to the Service Centers here.

At the same time, during the lockdown, the company encourages customers to make the most of the DTEK Donetsk Grids remote services, the list of which is constantly expanding.

You can use remote services:

  • On the company's website;
  • By calling the call center by phones +38 (093/096/099) 450 0 473; (0629) 450 473;
  • By visiting the DTEK Donetsk Grids Facebook page;
  • Using a Viber or Telegram;

Having received your request through any of the communication channels, our specialists will give you the necessary information and share how to request and receive the service.
