  • Power cut at home. How to find out the reason?

Information about planned or emergency outages in networks can be checked on the company's website. If your address is not in the list, please, send a message to DTEK Dnipro Grids via Facebook or the website.

In addition, you can learn about a power outage and report an accident using chatbots on Telegram and Viber (see our the step-by-step video tutorial).

Hint: if your power goes out in your house and / or the wiring burned out, do not try to fix it yourself. Seek professional help. First, ask for help in in the condominium or the management company serving your high-rise building. They are the ones who are responsible for in-house networks. The representatives of these companies should fix the problem.

If the problem is greater and affects an entire street or the area, or if you found broken wires, open doors and hatches to electrical installations, damaged poles, DTEK Dnipro Grids must be informed.
