The service for filing applications for connecting to the power grid or increasing capacity is also available online. You can use this service through your online customer account for technical connections and submit an application with a list of required documents. If you have any difficulties or need advice, you can always contact the company's expert using the feedback form.
For standard connection, DTEK Dnipro Grids issues a standard connection agreement with an invoice within 10 working days from the date of the application submission. After signing the agreement and paying for the relevant services, the company's experts will do the required job. In particular, installation or reprogramming of a metering device and new, more powerful machines will be installed.
