DTEK Dnipro Grids restored electricity to 3 settlements, affected by shelling

Over the course of September 23, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews have restored power to 3 settlements of the Dnipropetrovsk region that were shelled the day before, thus restoring electricity to homes of 2,720 families in Nikopol district. Our specialists commence work immediately after obtaining a permit from the AFU and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Situation in the south of the Dnipropetrovsk region remains difficult. Almost every day settlements suffer from shelling that leaves its residents without electricity.

On September 23, DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers managed to restore power to 3 settlements of the region, de-energized due to shelling the day before, thus restoring electricity to 2,720 families in Nikopol district. Emergency crews have promptly restored infrastructure of the grids, once they obtained a permit for repairs from AFU and SES.

55 families remain without power supply. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region, once they obtain a permit for work performance from AFU and SES.
