On January 27, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency and restoration crews have restored electricity to homes of more than 1,000 families in 1 settlement of the Dnipropetrovsk region, de-energized due to shelling. Our specialists commence work immediately after obtaining a permit from the AFU and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Over the course of a day, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists have restored power to residents of one settlement, thus restoring electricity to 1,020 families. Due to close proximity to the area of hostilities, the south part of the Dnipropetrovsk region constantly suffers from de-energization caused by shelling. Energy workers have to regularly repair damaged lines and restore electricity.

DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists conduct work immediately after obtaining a permit from the AFU and the Emergency Service.

DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists are working non-stop for 339 days in a row and are repairing equipment and lines, once it becomes possible.
