DTEK Dnipro Grids restored electricity to more than 2,000 families after yesterday shelling

On August 26, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency and restoration crews have restored power to 10 shelled settlements in the Dnipropetrovsk region, thus restoring electricity to homes of 2,138 families in Kryvyi Rih, Nikopol and Synelnykove districts. Our specialists commence work immediately after obtaining a permit from the AFU and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

High intensity of shelling remains in the Dnipropetrovsk region, frequently causing damage to the grids and leaving residents of the region without electricity.

On August 26, DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers managed to restore power to 10 settlements of the region, thus restoring electricity to 2,138 families in Nikopol, Kryvyi Rih and Synelnykove districts. DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews have promptly restored infrastructure of the grids, once they obtained a permit for repairs from the AFU and SES.

About 4,700 families in Nikopol district remain without electricity. Energy workers are doing everything possible to restore electricity as soon as possible. Work will be carried out immediately after our specialist get a permit from the AFU and SES.
