DTEK Dnipro Grids prepared a video guide for quick submission of meter readings via Viber and Telegram chatbot (video)
DTEK Dnipro Grids recommends all household customers to use Viber and Telegram chatbot to submit meter readings in a matter of minutes. Timely submitted meter readings will help avoid differences between estimated and actually consumed volumes of electricity. For the billing to represent actual data and not the estimated one, it is better to submit readings during the last 2 days of the current month and the first 3 days of the next one. - enter “DTEK Dnipro Grids” in the search bar of Viber or Telegram messenger or follow the direct Viber or Telegram link;
- follow menu prompts to get or submit required information;
Additionally, meter readings may be submitted in other ways, convenient for customers:
- web form on the website that does not require additional registration. Select district, enter personal account number, number of zones on your meter and readings per zone;
- user account on the DTEK Dnipro Grids website;
- voice menu for automatic submission of readings. Call (056) 790-99-00, (066/067/063) 790-99-00, 0-800-301-497 and press “2”. Then, follow instructions for successful registration of readings;
Important. DTEK recommends residents of the Dnipropetrovsk region to submit meter readings every month using remote services. Even if the customer had to temporarily leave his home and, correspondingly, is not using electricity – it is mandatory to duplicate previous readings. Timely submitted information about electricity consumed helps calculate exact volumes of electricity consumption for the calendar month, while allowing the provider company to generate bills for consumed electricity.
