DTEK Donetsk Grids restored electricity to more than 6,000 homes over the course of two days

Despite all security challenges, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews were able to restore power to 17 settlements, thus restoring access to electricity for 6,466 families over the past two days. 

The situation in the Donetsk region remains extremely difficult. According to the head of the region Vadym Filashkin, the enemy shelled settlements of the Donetsk region 17 times yesterday. 

Constant shelling continues to destroy grids and equipment. Meanwhile, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists continue repairs once the situation and the military allow and are working non-stop for 917 days in a row. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
