DTEK Donetsk Grids restored electricity to more than 10,000 families, de-energized due to shelling

Yesterday, on March 26, DTEK Donetsk Grids energy workers restored operation of grids, damaged by shelling, for more than 10,000 families in the Donetsk region. Specialists of the energy company commence repairs immediately once the military provide permission for its performance in order to support residents of the region in the difficult situation of constant fighting.

Over the course of the day, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists repaired grids damages in three settlements of the Donetsk region, thus restoring electricity to homes of 10,366 families. 

The situation in the Donetsk region remains difficult due to hostilities and regular shelling by rf. Therefore, specialists of the energy company do not always have access to the work sites due to the security situation in the region. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 763 days in a row and repair equipment and lines once it becomes possible. Nearly 70 crews of the energy company are working daily on restorations in the region.
