DTEK Donetsk Grids continues repairing the grids after shelling: electricity restored to 7,000 families

Donetsk Grids specialists have completely or partially restored electricity to 6 settlements, de-energized due to shelling, thus restoring power to homes of 7,095 families. 

The situation in the Donetsk region remains difficult. Shelling, missile and air strikes continue. Active shelling constantly damages grids and equipment. Specialists of the energy company do not always have access to the work sites due to the security situation in the region. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 693 days in a row and repair equipment and lines once it becomes possible. More than 60 crews of the energy company are working daily on restorations in the region.
