DTEK Donetsk Grids restored power to almost 5,000 families over the course of the day

On September 23, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews continued to work on grids repairs after shelling and restored power to 10 settlements, thus restoring electricity to almost 5,000 homes of residents of the Donetsk region. Specialists of the energy company are doing everything possible to restore power supply in the frontline region.

Yesterday, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists managed to restore power to 10 settlements, thus restoring electricity to 4,822 homes of residents of the frontline Donetsk region. 

Heavy fighting is ongoing in the region. According to the Donetsk Regional State Administration, russians shelled settlements of the Donetsk region 30 times yesterday. 

Shelling continues to destroy grids and equipment. DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 944 days in a row and repair equipment and lines immediately once it becomes possible. Nearly 70 crews of the energy company are working on restorations daily. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
