DTEK Donetsk Grids restored electricity to 16 settlements, de-energized due to shelling

Yesterday, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists managed to completely or partially restore power to 16 settlements, thus restoring electricity to homes of 5,348 families. 

Donetsk region remains an arena of active hostilities. Artillery shelling, missile and air strikes continue. Constant shelling damages grids and equipment. Specialists of the energy company do not always have access to the work sites due to the security situation in the region. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 715 days in a row and repair equipment and lines once it becomes possible. Today, more than 70 crews of the energy company are working on restorations in the region.
