DTEK Donetsk Grids returned electricity services to the homes of 44 settlements that were de-energized due to extreme weather. Moreover, over the last day, power supply was restored to 312 transformer substations and distribution points, and 31 power lines.

“Over the day, we returned the power supply to more than 10,000 of our customers. We involved more than 30 crews and 7 pieces of equipment to do the recovery job. We are still working to fulfill all requests. The reliability of power supply and the comfort of our customers is our main task,” - says Oleksii Degtyarev, DTEK Donetsk Power Grids CEO.

Let us recall that yesterday strong wind and rapid change of temperature caused a number of blackouts across Donetsk Region. Pokrovsky, Bakhmutsky, Mariupol and Volnovakhsky Districs suffered most from the extreme weather events.

Our customers can check outages status on the company's website in the ‘Scheduled and Emergency Outages’ section. If you see your address there, that means that the company knows about the blackout. If you did not find your address, leave a message on the company's website in the same section, or call the call center at (0629) 450 473, (099/096) 4500473, or leave a message on the DTEK Donetsk Grids page on Facebook.
