DTEK Donetsk Grids managed to restore electricity to almost 40,000 families in 34 settlements over the course of a week
Over the course of a week, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews managed to completely or partially restore power to 34 settlements, thus restoring access to electricity for 39,439 families in the frontline Donetsk region.
Including yesterday, when energy workers were able to repair a number of damages and restore electricity to 1,200 families.
Shelling of the Donetsk region continues, affecting settlements of the Donetsk region both near the buffer zone and in the relative rear. According to the Ministry of Defense, the enemy continues to concentrate main efforts in the directions of Bakhmut, Avdiivka, Marinka and Lyman. Bakhmut and Marinka remain in the epicenter of hostilities.
114 settlements remain without electricity, as specialists of the energy company do not have access to work there. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
